Assumpta Waeni, the girl who popped up in pictures in bed with popular comedian Eric Omondi has apologized to her boyfriend over the scandal.
Waeni was dating upcoming artist Madini Classic who took to social media to lambast Omondi for stealing his lady and allegedly conning him out of Ksh60,000.
Waeni bears an uncanny resemblance to Tanzanian socialite Hamisa Mobeto and was the talk of many tabloids when the photos first emerged.
In an Instagram post, she apologized to Madini Classic maintaining that she did not cheat on him with Eric although the photos suggest otherwise.
Her post which she addressed to Madini and 'the entire country' sparked a flurry of hilarious reactions.
A section of netizens wondered if her relationship woes were a national issue.
On the other hand, however, 'Hot Girl' advocates backed her as they maintained that black women don't cheat.
