Bazenga is a proper Gengetone banger with a classic Rekless hook, what more could you ask for?

A year after the release of their debut album Big Man Bado Odinare, Ethic Entertainment are back dropping music together.

Since the last time they were ruling the charts, there has been everything from solo deals signed to publicized rumors of a split which, ultimately, have proven untrue.

Rekles, the front-man known for his Ethic hooks, signed to House of Badass and went on to release a slew of solo hits including Sota featuring Mejja and Zama featuring Odi wa Murang'a and NellytheGoon.

Swat signed to Black Market Records (BMR) and has been riding high with singles including Gari Kubwa.

The solo music sparked tabloid reports of the group's demise, but as Loud.co.ke correctly speculated, members of groups in many cases are free to sign individual deals while remaining bound to terms of the separate contract signed by the group.

An example of this is legendary US rap-group Wu-Tang Clan, who were signed to Loud Records even as individual members signed solo deals and released music on other labels.

Ethic Entertainment were signed to AI Records, a subsidiary of Universal Music Group (UMG).

But now, after re-defining Kenyan music since bursting onto the scene with Lamba Lolo, Ethic are truly back.

It has been well-received since its release, and Ethic members have asserted that fans should expect more music from them - a second album might be on the way.

We can't wait to hear what more this young, but already legendary group, has been cooking up.
