Artist and producer Jegede has never hidden his love for socialite and businesswoman Vera Sidika, even going as far as to release the single Vera dedicated to her.
When they both found themselves on NTV's The Trend on Friday Night hosted by Amina Abdi, however, things didn't go too well for the man who gave us 'Gudi Gudi' and has more recently been producing hits such as Delo's Chupa ku Chupa and Boondocks Gang's Rieng Remix.
Jegede popped up with a bouquet of flowers while Vera was being interviewed before pouring his heart out.
He told her how he had loved her from way back and could never leave her.
Jegede went on to reveal that he owned a sugarcane farm in Busia, touting his assets.
Vera, however, delivered a gut-wrenching blow as she told Jegede she has a boyfriend in Kenya already, but appreciated the effort.
Jegede promised not to give up in his quest to win Sidika's heart.
