Matatus are the most dominant form of public transport in Nairobi and a big part of the city's culture and identity.

From the loud music and graffitti featuring everything from gangster movie themes to gospel, sports and hip-hop, matatu culture is itself an embodiment of Kenya's urban culture.

A new matatu that just hit the streets of Nairobi this week caught the attention of many Kenyans thanks to the art on it of the hit-making group Ethic.

The smoothly airbrushed matatu exterior is a sight to behold with stunning images of SWAT, Rekles, Zilla and Seska who make up Ethic.

The matatu grafitti artist behind the Ethic matatu goes by the name Eddie Picasso and is extremely talented when it comes to turning matatus into fine art, Nairobi style.
